Obiettivi

The project aims to inform the human service system. It analyses the economic resources spent on delivering social services, and in particular the social expenditure and its allocation. The analysis considers need areas and interventions, and considers comparisons among different territories inside the Region.

Elementi innovativi

- to give a knowledge on this topic;
- to define the expenditure limits to be warranted by municipalities and by the regional fund in order to provide better quality services;
- to disseminate the study in two different years and based on 581 municipalities.
